What we keep, and why

When you make an account we store your email address and the name you give us. In your settings you can add a phone number and a profile picture; both are optional and you can clear them at any time.

If you pay for a membership we store which plan you bought, when it starts and ends, and the identifiers Stripe gives us for your customer and subscription records.

If you use the training log we store the dates you marked yourself as having trained. Nothing else about the session is recorded.

If you send a message through the contact form we store the name, email address and message you typed so the front desk can reply.

This site never sees your card number. Payment is handled on Stripe's own checkout pages, and what comes back to us is the result of the payment, not the card.

If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, your email address and your profile picture from them. We do not receive your password, and we cannot post anything or read anything else on your behalf.

You can sign in with an email address and password instead if you would rather not connect an account.

Gym staff can see your name, email, phone number and membership status, because they run the front desk. Staff cannot see your password, which we never hold in a readable form.

Other members cannot see any of your details. The database enforces this per row, not the page you happen to be looking at.

We use Supabase to host the database and files, and Stripe to take payments. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.

Your account and its history stay until you ask us to remove them. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep them.

Ask us and we will send you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. Some payment records have to stay for accounting, and we will tell you if that applies.
